Scope and eligibility
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Vlixaroxswyx through our website or confirmed by email invoice. Third-party retailers are governed by their own policies. If you received an item as a gift, the original purchaser may need to initiate the return unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Tip: include your order number, delivery postcode, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange in your first message so we can respond faster.
Digital services, downloads, and scheduled sessions
For live sessions or calls, you may cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations with shorter notice may receive a credit toward a rescheduled time depending on availability and whether we can fill the slot. Digital downloads delivered instantly may not be refundable once access credentials are sent, unless required by consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Physical merchandise
Unused products in original packaging, including tags intact where applicable, may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product was defective. Open-box accessories may qualify for exchange or store credit instead of a cash refund, assessed fairly based on condition and resale viability.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect shipments
Inspect packages promptly. Report damage, missing parts, or wrong items within seven calendar days of delivery with clear photographs of the outer box, inner packing, and the issue itself. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no charge to you when the claim is validated. If an item fails later under normal use during a stated warranty period, follow the warranty instructions included with the product.
Return shipping and risk
Unless we provide a prepaid label because we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs and for packaging items securely. Risk of loss during return transit shifts to us when the carrier confirms delivery at our studio address. Use tracked services for higher-value goods and keep your receipt until the return is complete.
Refund timing and methods
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days of approval. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post credits. Refunds go to the original payment method unless we agree on store credit or another lawful alternative. Partial refunds may apply when bundles are split or when an item shows wear beyond normal inspection.
